Starting from 2024, Mallala Ride Days will be fully hosted by CAFNIX. CAFNIX is a joint venture between the Phoenix and Cafe Racer Motorcycle Clubs. We provide a friendly and inclusive environment with a focus on going fast and having fun. We run separate speed groups to include people of all different experience levels, including separate classes for juniors and sidecars (by request).
Entries will close 9pm two days prior to the event. Pay on the day is available at all events for $225.

Riders must have a Motorcycling Australia license. Day licenses are available via Ridernet - these are mandatory if you do not already have a Motorcycling Australia license. Day licenses can be purchased on the day for $43.

Please ensure your bike and gear is in good condition and fit for purpose:

Properly functioning brakes, levers, suspension

Sufficient brake pad material and tyre tread

No leaks or loose panels, bolts or clips.

ADR Approved full face helmet

Full leathers, if two piece they must zip together

Gloves that cover all skin

Leather boots that cover all skin

Your bike and gear will need to be scrutineered prior to going on track at each event. This can be done by bringing your bike and gear to the scrutineering bay along with your scrutineering form which you'll get after signing on in the morning.

We generally run four speed groups, but these may change to cater to specific attendance on the day such as sidecars and juniors.

Fast Group - for those doing lap times faster than 1:16, passing is allowed anywhere.

Intermediate Group - lap times 1:16-1:22, passing allowed anywhere.

Beginner Group - for those starting out, passing allowed on the outside only.

Juniors - for those aged 15 and under, restricted to 150cc bikes.

Sidecars - for road racing sidecars.

Ride days will not be affected by weather conditions & will proceed unless unsafe. In the unlikely event that we cancel or postpone an event we will contact you as soon as possible.
Sign on opens on the day from 7:30am, riders briefing at 8:40am, on track at 9am til 4pm.
Onsite canteen is available for food & beverage purchases.
Premium 98, E85 and ELF 102 race fuel is available on site.

CANCELLATIONS OR DATE CHANGES

Cancellations must be advised at least 5 business days prior to your booked event.

A transfer to another date on our Track Day calendar at the time of cancellation is available, alternatively, you can choose a voucher to use for rebooking within 6 months.

Withdrawals inside five (5) business days prior to an event will forfeit the full entry/garage fee.

Refunds for non-attendance are not available
